英文契約書の中でよく出てくる言葉の中にunless otherwise agreed in writingという言葉があります。これは、「別途文書で合意した場合を除き」という意味です。原則は当該条文の中に書いている通りですが、別途文書により合意した場合には例外がありますよというような場合に使われます。
