英文契約書の中でよく出てくる言葉の中にwith respect toという言葉があります。With respect toは、「～に関して」とか、「～について」という意味になります。その後に名詞を伴い、言及している対象を限定したり、契約書の条文を伴うことで、「契約書第●条に関しては」というような形で使われます。
