Unilateral Non-Disclosure Agreement
This Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as May 30, 2021 (“Effective Date”), between XXX (“Disclosing Party”) and YYY (“Receiving Party”) as follows:
Whereas, Disclosing Party agrees to furnish Receiving Party certain confidential and proprietary information, including but not limited to, financial information, technical information, marketing information, cost information, sales information, customer information, operating information, product information (“Confidential Information”) for the purpose of examination of the possibility for strategical alliance between the parties.
Whereas, Receiving Party agrees to review, examine, inspect, or obtain such information solely for the purpose described herein above, and not to disclose, divulge, or communicate to any person or entity any Confidential Information.
