Service Agreement
This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into the first day of May 2021 (“Effective Date”) by and between XXX Corporation, a company duly organized and existing under the laws of Japan, having its principal office of business at ● (“Service Provider”) and YYY company, a company duly organized and existing under the laws of California, United States, having its principal place of business at ● (“Client”).
WHEREAS, the Client wishes to be provided certain services as described in this Agreement from a certain service provider;
WHEREAS. the Service Provider has intent and ability to provide such services to the Client;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the promises, rights and obligations set forth below, the parties hereby agree as follows:
