Employee Non-Competition Agreement
This Employee Confidential Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between XXX (“the Company”) and YYY (“Employee”) as follows:
1 Confidentiality
Employee acknowledges that all non-public information relating to the Business of the Company, including but not limited to, financial information, technical information, marketing information, cost information, sales information, customer information, operating information, product information (“Confidential Information”) is the exclusive property of the Company.
2 Non-Disclosure
Employee shall not, directly or indirectly, disclose Confidential Information to any person or other legal entities, and must take all reasonable steps in order to protect the confidentiality of Confidential Information.
3 No Abuse
Employee shall not use or exploit for Employee’s own purposes or the benefit of any other person or entities any Confidential Information.
