Termination Agreement
This Termination Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into on June 30, 2021, by and between AAA (hereinafter called “Client”) and BBB (hereinafter called “Contractor”).
WHEREAS, the parties have executed Contractor Agreement (“Contractor Agreement”) dated on January 1, 2020.
WHEREAS, the parties wish to terminate the Contractor Agreement and resolve any and all rights and obligations arising out of the Contractor Agreement.
In consideration of mutual covenant and premises herein the parties agree as follows;
1. Termination
The parties hereby mutually terminate the Contractor Agreement as of June 30, 2021.
