This Lease Agreement (Agreement) made on April 30, 2023, by and between, Yamada Corporation, with its address at 1-3-8, Kojimachi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo (Lessor) and ABC Co., Ltd., with its address at 20300 W Bluebird, Porter Ranch, CA 92100 (Lessee) as follows:
Article 1 (Description of leased property)
The Lessor agrees to lease to the Lessee the following property (Property):
Location: Mitsui Bldg., 301, 3-5-1, Kojimachi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo
Area: 120 square meters
Type of space: office
Article 2 (Use of Leased Property)
The Lessee shall not use the Property for any purpose other than commercial use.
